Online classical dance classes for families in Europe
Learn Bharatanatyam, Mohiniyattam or Kuchipudi live from Kerala, at a time that works in Germany, the Netherlands, Ireland, France, Switzerland and the rest of Europe. Malayali and Indian families across Europe learn with us online.
How it works from here
Classes are live over video, one hour each, four times a month. Arunima Raj teaches every class herself and corrects each student on screen as they dance. Nothing is pre-recorded.
Batches are small. Classes run in English or Malayalam, whichever your family prefers, and a recording of the class is sent on request so your child can practise during the week.
Finding a time that works
Europe is only three and a half to four and a half hours behind Kerala, so weekend mornings and early weekday evenings in Europe both fall at easy times in Kerala.
Kerala does not change its clocks, so the gap moves by an hour when yours change. The exact timing is agreed with you on WhatsApp.
| Where you are | Kerala is ahead by | Saturday 10:00 AM is, in Kerala |
|---|---|---|
| Central Europe (Germany, Netherlands, France, Switzerland, Italy) | 4 h 30 min (late Oct–late Mar) · 3 h 30 min (late Mar–late Oct) | 2:30 PM · 1:30 PM |
